    I seem to have more success with sourdough cakes than bread so I will definitely try this. Never had cornbread before. I presume I use polenta as I don't thin cornmeal is the same as cornflour

    Teresa is a good teacher. The recipes are fairly straight forward but it is fun to see the creations in process and to hear Teresa explain what to look for or describe what something should feel like. Would love to have Teresa as my neighbor or relative so I could learn from her as she does all her baking.

    Very good course, however was very disappointed that the Basics section was missing and I was directed to another class for it...The comment read that the other classes on Sourdough included it and the intention was not to be repetitive. If I am taking this course I expect to get the basics too! Disappointing
