    Yes, I like that it takes you from the beginning. So far the course has only covered sauces and soup with ingredients I don't have yet to try to make it myself, but I'm looking forward to the stir fries.

    I liked the course it was informative and I have already cooked a number of lovely dishes. I made the Green curry beef and also made the paste from scratch. Having been to Thailand many times and also my wife makes a wonderful green curry but I have to say this was the best green curry I have ever had!!!! The only thing I would improve on is having a printable version of each recipe available for down load. I know you have a E book for sale with the recipes but with the cost of the course you should be able to print out a recipe rather than just follow video instructions.
