    Course was a great start !!! Slow and steady was able to get the minute details and the working plans. Bonus thing was the fondant making class which was unexpected. Loved the course on the whole.

    The instructor tends to forget to give the ingredients. Also she should open the cupcakes so that the student can have an idea of what texture you should have. The camera person was so far there were times you could not see what the end result was of what she was doing for e.g making the rose decorations.
