For some one like me who has dreamt of building a pizza oven but never seem to have the time or practical skills to achieve this dream- this course provides the skill and knowledge to build a much cheaper, speedier and easy to build option that seems to produce the most fantastic pizzas. I think even I may be able to build this. Along with clear and concise instruction on how to build the portable cooking space, how to prepare your fire, how to ensure safety for not only the cook but others around you this course also demonstrates the production of pizza from start to end in wonderfully clear and professional video and with great audio. he pizzas looked so good my mouth was watering and then there is the bread! Down loadable recipes and building instructions are also included. Even my husband become enthralled by the shaping of pizza session so I am hopeful that he may soon be shaping pizzas like a true Italian. It is obvious that the presenters Penny and Dragon are passionate about their baking and really want to share this enthusiasm with others. Is a great course- THANK YOU.

Having done other courses by Dragan and Penny before, I had high expectations of this one. And I wasn't disappointed. I've not yet had a chance to put all I learned into practice but when I do, I feel well armed to tackle the job. Anyway, Dragan and Penny are quick to respond if you have any questions or require further advice. I would highly recommend this course to anyone with an interest in baking or in cooking outside. The course is comprehensive, and presented in a fun, lively way. Happy baking! PS: It might be best not to watch this course when you're feeling hungry. You can almost smell the delicious pizzas! ;-)
