    I like the combination of the course, but I was super annoyed with the shortness of the vidoes. 1min videos distracts my focus each time and its very annoying to watch. In another hand, many things are not well explained or not well recorded to see all steps in close up.

    The course was very helpful and knowledgeable. I personally learnt a lot from it and enjoyed it a lot. Although it would have been much better if the breads were cut into half and inside of the bread was displayed on screen. But over all it was a pleasant experience.

    As a beginner I found it great that he spoke slowly and explained everything clearly. Whilst very pleasant, it became a little annoying to have him welcome and thank you at the beginning and end of each 1-2 minute lecture!
