    Just made these for the first time. Bought two different courses on making bagels, this one made a beautiful bagel, very fat! Wish we could post pictures. I made a couple of errors, forgot the syrup in the poaching liquid. I need to stretch them out, as the holes filled nearly completely in. This instructor was so careful about handling the dough, setting temperature of your water, poaching no more than 15 seconds on each side. I will be trying all of the breads in his course. Wish I could give six stars!
