I purchased the Basic Chocolate Class and the Master Class. I expected them to be instructional and educational, rather they are more like recipe classes. In a Master Class I would expect to learn about the medium and techniques for working with it -trouble shooting chocolate that is not tempering, working with cocoa butter, mixing colors with cocoa butter, maybe even air brushing with it. As a recipe diary it's good, as a "Master Class" it leaves a lot to be desired.
