    It wasn't what I was looking for. I feel like she skipped over a lot of steps and though she explained what she was doing well, I would've liked more tips on what could go wrong, how to fix any mistakes, textures or consistencies to look for other than temperature, etc.

    It didn‘t meet my expectations. I was hopping to get more information about techniques and tipps. The course is a collection of restaurant level recipes and very little focus on techniques.

    I found the instructions relatively easy to follow. I just have to convert the measurements to the U.S. standard of measurements. I look forward to trying all of the recipes in this course.
