Hey chef, all the courses had really good information and all the videos were good but what upsetted me the most is the video where you butcher the chicken. It was very hard to know where you were pointing at while specifying to cut the certain parts of the chicken. It could be better if you could keep a tripod stand on the side where you are standing and maybe even from the top angle so we can see which parts you're exactly telling us to cut. you dont have to get an extra phone or camera, just take the video from the same phone/camera but with a different angle. The video just felt too fast without proper explanation. the reason I gave 2 stars is just for the butchering chicken video. Rest of the videos were good except this one.

Good advice on equipment needed and which is better. Good introduction into good hygiene. Did not know the qualities of herbs and spices and that the warmer climates uses them more than colder climates. Nightshade...very interesting
