    This course was very informative and easy. As a coeliac I have to eat gluten free and living in France can often make that a challenge but I have throughly enjoyed this course and love that Penny explains why and how these recipes work and offers many alternatives for those who may be dairy free of vegan as well. I also like that this course encourages some creativity with your baking as I think that is half the fun of creating your own breads, quiches and treats.
