    THis was an excellent course. The course was geared for the more experienced pastry chef but I could follow along and learnt a lot. I would like to know more about where the specific baking pans can be bought

    This is a very nice class but I can't give it 5 stars because there are no written recipes as the other classes have. I see that someone else has commented on this too. It's not very fair to not at least give us a written list of ingredients.

    I liked the course a lot! The instructions are very detailed, the quality of the video is terrific. The chef seems to be very experienced. I learned a lot of techniques and I know exactly how to apply them now. Looking forward to more courses from this instructor
