    I would have liked more information about the purpose of the banneton and scoring the bread and just general why’s. As far as being able to make my own starter and bread, this course had sufficient tutorials and articles. I just would’ve liked more detailed information

    Well, I don't yet have a kitchen scale. I have been baking and cooking for a bit over 60 years, and only know cup measurements. That would be VERY Helpful to include here for those of us in my situation.

    I have been doing a lot of research on sourdough and Tess' class made it very easy to follow! I was nervous to start because I didn't want to mess up. Tess' teaching is simple and to the point. I cannot wait to try her other recipes. I love that she shares multiple ways to use sourdough starter and not just one recipe. I, now, have a active starter and will be making sourdough bread in a couple of days! I am so excited! I also love how Tess have examples of other designs we can explore. I appreciate how she gives us basic information as well as extended information for us to explore sourdough!

    It is really good. It tell the basic thing about the Sourdough bread, as it says, the "101". Tells about techniques and a little bit deeply about the flours, which is a really good point.

    I absolutely loved this course. I love baking, but haven't had the courage to break into the sourdough world. I jumped on the opportunity to take this course and I'm glad I did! Tess was very clear in her instructions and showed detailed steps. Being able to see the process helped a lot. Everything was presented very well with amazing information. The videos were easy and fun to watch. I printed all the course supplements and recipes and am excited to try them out on my own.     I loved watching Tess go through each process herself. That was so much more helpful than just reading the course. Her instructions are very clear and simple. Her sourdough bread looked beautiful and yummy! The cinnamon rolls look incredible and so easy to make! And, I love that you can print a copy of anything you need.

    This is a fantastic course that really simplifies what seems like a hard task .. I can't wait to try out my own starter and create some of those delicious cinnamon rolls for my own family. I really enjoyed the instructor and she seemed like an expert in the field. The little tips she uses (like using the tare on the scale and dental floss to cut!) make the whole process seem simpler.

    Tess is awesome! She definitely makes baking sourdough seem easy! The hardest thing is going to be waiting patiently for the bread to cool after baking. It all looks so easy and delicious! Can't wait to try it!!!
