Amazing course and recipes.. Thank you My Friend

Poor sound. Loud music overplaying words. Long periods of black screen with music at the end with one lasting for over 4 minutes. Often activity is off-camera. Some sessions are blurry. The chef coughed onto the food and scratches his head while cooking. In comparison to the other classes, this one is poorly done.

Everything has been so practical and easy to follow. You get so much content and great instruction, especially if you're just starting out to change to a vegan diet. Never thought I'd be able to eat butter and chocolate brownies again! Can't wait to make white sauce with cauliflower. Love the spaghetti Bolognese and Minestrone soup. Chev Gav packs heaps of flavour into his recipes which is often missing from vegan food, but I've learned how to use herbs, spices and oils, and I feel confident to cook for family and friends...and they won't even know it's vegan!!
