    Lack of professionalism, wooden utensils, laminate the dough by hand, in the recipe use sourdough and does not give the recipe, it is not professional. Money very poorly spent on this course I have already taken several courses and this is undoubtedly the worst of all

    I love this class I hope I can find the ingredients for now I’m going to use my regular ingredients but I think I can see the dog and I can understand why mine wasn’t working

    I am a complete beginner and I feel like this might be for somebody who knows a little bit about baking French croissants. I have no idea what a mother dough is and I don’t think he explained that? Regardless, I liked watching him make it and I am excited to try it!

    Chef was good with explanations, very informative, uses slightly different folding & brushing method I’ve seen from other chefs. Unfortunately, video kept stalling every few seconds to load, but all in all a good class.
