Great course for the gluten free! Wonderful fancy French and Italian deserts made specifically gluten free. At the end of the course, Asami does a comparison of baking sponge cakes with different gluten free ingredients, including taste and texture after refrigerating or freezing. We would highly recommend this for gluten free people who have been missing fancy cake deserts.
