    It was a great introductory course to making truffles. It was nice to watch the whole process and I appreciated the explanations Rob gave, especially the important considerations about when to add certain ingredients and rationale for types of ingredients. I am looking for courses on how to make molded truffles, and hoped he might have discussed these. Very personable, loved his enthusiasm and humor.

    Good course, it was thorough and gave lots of extra information about food chemistry. 2 of the 3 truffle recipes included alcohol, please be aware that some people would prefer an alternative.
