    I've enrolled in 4 Udemy pizza courses and have learned something helpful in all of them. This class gives a great deal of basic knowledge and shows a variety of pizzas. However, the instructor makes an obvious error when discussing the use of yeast. Instant Yeast does NOT need to be proofed. It can be added directly into the other ingredients esp. into the water and/or flour. He mistakenly instructs this for dry active yeast. He confuses the two types of yeast. I also think his mixing technique is too minimalist. He seems to not have replied to any questions for a few years. But with these criticisms I would still recommend this class.

    jees I paid 10 for this.. I get one sentence and then 15 or 20 seconds of spinning disk while it loads up the next sentence. So a 20 minute video takes 45 minutes to view.

    Bill is a natural instructor. He gives a great deal of information and does so at a consistent pace that allowed me to absorb it all comfortably.
