13 lecturesKadai Mushroom is such a super easy and delicious dish of sautéed button mushrooms, onions, bell peppers in a spiced, tangy tomato sauce. The combination of Mushrooms, spices, onions, tomatoes and bell peppers never goes wrong.
In Hindi language the word “Kadai” or “Kadhai” refers to a dish resembling the Chinese wok. The Indian kadai does look like the Chinese wok but is much deeper than the wok. As the entire mushroom dish is made in the kadai and hence the name Kadai Mushroom.
Black beans are nutrient rich and this delicious & easy recipe is a great way to add them to your diet. Black Beans Curry can also be used as a salsa for your chips and nachos, make sure to make it little thicker if you are planning to use it like that.
This version of homemade garlic naan bread is soft, flavorful & topped with garlic and coriander. It is usually prepared in a tandoor- which is a cylindrical clay or metal oven but we are making them on a stove top in a simple way. These go perfectly with Curry, Dal, or with any gravy dishes.
