There is nothing special in this video. We have many same videos on YouTube like this. It’s so much background noise in the background. He didn’t show the cake out of the pan. My bakes are more clean and better then him😓

A parte la cucina non professionale che ok ci può anche stare ma l'uso di utensili quali carte da gioco (quelle da scala quaranta per intenderci) e scotch carta che NON SONO ovviamente per uso alimentare è contro ogni regola di igiene . Sinceramente da titolare di gelateria/pasticceria questo video corso è a livelli molto più bassi di quelli fatti dalle varie casalinghe su youtube.

I am surprised by the age of the teacher. I am very happy to encourage him. I tried his brownie recipe and I am very happy. I am eager to try the vanilla cake soon. Also, I loved that he show multiple techniques to decorate the desserts. A small suggestion, if it is possible to have the recipe that substitute the cacao powder for the real chocolate of the chocolate cake and brownies, that would be great.
