    I'm not vegan...yet! I may have to try out vegan-ism because Michelle made the desserts in this course look so good. I learned so much just in the first few videos about vegan ingredients and how they perform in the recipes. The instructor is very honest about taste and texture differences in some of the recipes as compared to their non-vegan counterparts. This information comes in handy and helps me decide which recipe to make. Overall, great course even if you aren't a vegan :)
