I’m only on the first lesson, but everything is explained so well! I like that extra details are given to teach the most as possible. Not only does she show you how to make macarons correctly, but also shows you what causes potential errors and how that affects the macaron. It clears up a lot on what might’ve went wrong with my batches before starting this course. I’m excited to keep learning!

It was fine. Certain details in the instructions/details were missing. Such as when adding fresh fruit. Nothing was mentioned as to how to work with the juices or ensuring the correct wetness with example. pat them dry, leave them wet, coat them in sugar?? I think it would be the consistency with example would help. also, with the using the food processor in grinding the sugar and almond flour for making the meal finer. What happens when you have done that, at what point what happens if you take out the lumps. How does that affect the recipe amount and what to do.
