Il manque quelques étapes au niveau formation lors de la sculpture du gâteau elle n'explique pas pourquoi elle taille le gâteau comment ajuster les courbes. La formation du tablier n'est pas complète et encore moins le processus du maquillage de la figure,de l'iris des yeux et des paupières.La formations des mains est incomplète il est important de voir du début comment elle fait les mains, n'explique pas visuellement comment faire la cuillère et les mains . Honnêtement j'ai déjà vue des formation plus complètes et gratuites sur youtube
