This course gives detailed instruction for creating every kind of frosting imaginable. There are dozens of different frostings (who knew???) and the videos show you the appearance and consistency step by step. Mostly the camera is focused at the work, which is far better than cooking courses that focus on the instructor and let you guess at what is happening in the bowl. We love the course and have already tried several of the frostings. We would recommend this course to anyone at any skill level. We are only home bakers who grew up with boxed mixes, so if we can do it - so can you!
