Coming from a person that was totally against the Vegan lifestyle, only because of my lack of knowledge, this course was a great investment! This course gave me knowledge and recipes that I could use in my everyday life. The food is full of flavor and seasonings!!! You would’ve not even knew the food was Vegan, that it tastes so good!!! I totally recommend this course for beginners, dibble-and-dabblers and the pros!!! You won’t be disappointed. My fav is the Philly Cheese-Steaks and tacos recipes!
