Instructions
Step 1
Start by grating the zucchini and carrot, then squeeze out excess moisture. Next, finely chop the broccoli using a blender. In a large bowl, combine the grated vegetables, ground chicken, egg, flour, and seasoning. Mix until well blended.
Form the mixture into patties using wet hands. For optimal storage, freeze these patties or vacuum seal them for later use.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into large chunks. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, mustard, minced garlic, and season well. Add the chicken pieces and allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Once marinated, thread the chicken and vegetables onto skewers. You can freeze them directly or vacuum seal for later cooking.
Step 3
Finely chop the fish fillet. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture, while finely chopping the broccoli. In a bowl, combine all ingredients: fish, zucchini, broccoli, ricotta cheese, and egg. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties and vacuum seal or freeze for future meals.
Step 4
Wash the bell peppers and cut off the tops. Remove the seeds from inside. In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, corn, rice, lemon pepper, and salt. Fill each pepper with the chicken mixture.
Optionally, prepare extra peppers for future meals by freezing them at this stage.
Step 5
Make cuts in the chicken fillets and stuff with thinly sliced vegetables of your choice. Drizzle with oil, season with salt and spices, and add garlic if desired. Vacuum seal for fresh storage without freezing.
