Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until they are light and fluffy. Add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract, mixing gently.
