Chop the 200 grams of milk chocolate and 100 grams of dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.
In a small saucepan, heat 250 milliliters of heavy cream just until it is about to boil, watching for tiny bubbles to form at the edges before removing it from heat.
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and allow it to sit for 1-2 minutes so that the chocolate can start melting. Then, use a spatula or whisk to stir the mixture until it is completely smooth and homogeneous.
Let the ganache cool and then beat it with a mixer until it reaches a lighter and fluffier texture.
Step 3
In a dry skillet, toast 300 grams of kataifi dough until golden brown. Add 2 tablespoons of pistachio paste and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter to the skillet and mix thoroughly to create the filling.

Once the biscuit has cooled, divide it into three equal layers. Soak each layer with a mixture of milk and cocoa to enhance the flavor.
Begin by spreading a layer of ganache on the first biscuit layer, forming a border around the edges. Inside this border, place the kataifi filling, then cover it again with ganache.
Repeat this process for each layer, ensuring that you create a beautiful multi-layered cake. Once assembled, you can decorate the cake to your liking using additional ganache or other decorative elements such as edible flowers or chocolate shavings.
