While the dough is rising, prepare the filling. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well mixed. Set this mixture aside.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down gently and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle, about 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick. Spread the softened butter evenly across the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
Step 3
Starting from one long side of the rectangle, tightly roll the dough up into a log. Once rolled, cut the log into 12 equal pieces. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan, ensuring they are close but not touching.
Cover the pan with a towel and let the rolls rise for another 30-45 minutes until they're puffy.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Once the rolls have risen, bake them in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
