Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the prepared chicken wings. Ensure they are well washed and dried to achieve the best texture.
Add the baking powder and cornstarch to the wings, and mix thoroughly until the wings are evenly coated.
Next, add the black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Mix again to ensure that each wing is coated with the seasoning.
