Add in 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix until fully incorporated. Gradually add the flour mixture to this bowl, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
Step 2
Once your dough is ready, divide it into small pieces, about the size of a walnut. Roll each piece into a small ball.
Using a special nut mold, press each ball tightly to form the nut shape. If you don't have a mold, you can also use your hands to create a similar shape.
Step 3
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the shaped nuts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Keep an eye on them as baking times can vary.
Step 4
While the nuts are baking, take a can of sweetened condensed milk and cook it over medium heat. Stir continuously until it thickens slightly, which should take about 10 minutes.
Once thickened, remove from the heat and allow it to cool slightly. Add 50 grams of finely chopped walnuts to the mixture and stir to combine.

Once the baked nuts have cooled, carefully remove them from the mold. Use a small spoon to fill each nut with the sweetened condensed milk filling you prepared.
Allow the filled nuts to rest for a few minutes, allowing the filling to set slightly before serving.
