Ingredients
Cherry Cheese Appetizer

Fig and Blue Cheese Caprese

Nectarine and Ham Bruschetta

Instructions
Step 1
In a baking dish, place Cherry tomatoes and add Salt, Dried garlic, Fresh basil, and Olive oil. Mix well to ensure all the cherry tomatoes are coated with the oil and spices.
Then, bake the mixture in the oven at 200°C (400°F) until the tomatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
On a serving plate, spread Cream cheese generously, or you can opt for feta or ricotta cheese. Top with the warm cherry tomatoes and drizzle with the remaining oil from the baking dish. Garnish with Fresh basil and sprinkle with Black ground pepper before serving with toasted baguette slices.
Step 2
Slice the Figs into rounds and arrange them on a plate. Crumble the Blue cheese into large pieces and add them to the plate with the figs. Sprinkle with Chopped walnuts for an extra crunch.
For the sauce, mix together Olive oil, Lemon juice, and Honey in a small bowl and lightly heat in the microwave to help the honey dissolve. Drizzle the sauce over the fig and blue cheese arrangement, and finish with fresh mint leaves to enhance the flavor.
Step 3
Slice the Nectarines into wedges and place them in a skillet with Butter and a small amount of Sugar. Sauté over medium heat until the nectarines are soft and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, toast the Baguette slices in a dry pan until golden brown. Top each slice with Brie cheese and then add the warm nectarines on top to melt the cheese slightly.
Finish each bruschetta with slices of Ham. For the sauce, mix Olive oil, Lemon juice, and Honey, warming just until the honey dissolves. Drizzle over the bruschetta and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
