Instructions
Step 1
Begin by placing the chicken thigh fillets in a bowl. Coat them well with ketchup, grainy mustard, honey, and sriracha. Season with salt and allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes. This step is crucial for enhancing the flavor of the chicken.
Step 2
Heat a skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken thighs to the pan. Cook until they turn a beautiful golden color. Do not cook them all the way through yet; you will finish cooking them later in the creamy sauce. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Carefully place the previously cooked chicken back into the skillet, ensuring it is mostly submerged in the creamy sauce. Simmer on medium heat until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked. This should take about 10-15 minutes depending on the size of your chicken pieces.
