Step 1
Start by adding the sugar and dry yeast to the warm water in a bowl. Mix gently and then let it sit for about 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Gradually add the flour while mixing. Once it starts to form a dough, incorporate the olive oil into the mixture and begin kneading by hand until the dough is smooth.
Continue kneading until the dough starts to pull away from the bowl. At this point, cover it with a cloth and place it in a warm spot to rise for about 1 hour.
Step 3
After one hour, gently punch down the dough to release any air bubbles. Cover it again and let it rise for another hour in a warm place.
Step 4
Once the dough has risen, divide it into equal parts, approximately 80 grams (or about 3 ounces) each. Roll each piece into a ball and cover them with plastic wrap to prevent drying out.
Step 5
Take each ball and roll it out into a thin, round shape. Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the surface.
Add your desired toppings like ham, pickles, and hard cheese on top of the sauce.
Step 6
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (approximately 400 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the prepared mini pizzas on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Once baked, allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy these delicious mini pizzas straight from the oven!
