Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 150 grams of honey, 100 grams of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
Beat in 3 large eggs until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to enhance the flavor. Make sure the batter is well mixed and has a nice, even texture.

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a round cake pan to prevent sticking.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.

In a medium bowl, whip 300 grams of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Slowly add in 150 grams of cream cheese and 100 grams of powdered sugar.
Continue to whip until the frosting is nice and fluffy. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for flavor, mixing it until evenly blended.

Once the cake has cooled completely, slice it horizontally into two layers.
Spread an even layer of the frosting between the two layers of cake. Use the remaining frosting to cover the top and sides of the cake for a beautiful finish.
