Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine 200 ml of milk, 140 grams of all-purpose flour, and 4 eggs.
Season the mixture with black pepper and salt according to your taste.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.

Pour 0.5-0.8 mm of vegetable oil at the bottom of each baking form.

Mix equal parts of vinegar (red or apple) and water to completely cover the onion slices.
