Step 1

Use a spoon or spatula to mix the dough, and then use your hands to knead it gently until you have a uniform dough.
Step 3
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it into the refrigerator. Let it chill for 20 to 30 minutes to firm up, which makes it easier to handle later.
Step 4
Once chilled, take the dough out and roll it out on a floured surface to a medium thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out your desired shapes.
Step 5
Place the cut-out cookies onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are spaced evenly. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the cookies for approximately 15 minutes, or until they are lightly golden at the edges.
