Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Slice the Baguette into 1-2 cm thick slices. Place the slices on a baking tray and toast them in the oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until they reach a beautiful golden brown color. Make sure to keep an eye on them so they don't get burnt!
Step 2
While the Baguette is toasting, take a skillet and add a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp to the skillet, and sprinkle with pepper and dried herbs of your choice. Cook the shrimp for about 3-4 minutes, flipping them once, until they are pink and fully cooked. Set them aside to cool down slightly.
Step 3
Take the Pear and cut it into small dice. In the same skillet, add a small piece of butter. Once melted, add 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar to the pan. Cook on low heat until the sugar dissolves, and then add the diced Pear pieces. Sauté the Pears in the caramel for a couple of minutes on each side, until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
Step 4
For the first bruschetta, mash the Avocado in a bowl, adding a squeeze of Lemon juice and the desired spices, mixing well. Spread the Avocado mixture over the toasted Baguette slices and top each with a sautéed shrimp. Add thin slices of Persimmon if you wish to elevate the flavor even further.
Step 5
For the second bruschetta, spread a layer of pesto sauce on the toasted Baguette. Top with halved Cherry Tomatoes and Mini Mozzarella balls. Drizzle a small amount of Balsamic reduction on top for a delicious finish.
Step 6
For the final bruschetta, take the caramelized Pears you've prepared and place them on top of the toasted Baguette. Add slices of Brie Cheese and finish with chopped Walnuts to add a nice crunch. Serve these immediately for the best taste experience!
