Next, add 200 grams of eggs (which is approximately 4 large eggs) and 5 grams of vanilla extract to the chocolate mixture. Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.

In a separate bowl, sift together 80 grams of all-purpose flour, 20 grams of cocoa powder, and 2 grams of salt. Gradually fold this mixture into the chocolate batter until just combined.
Be careful not to overmix. Finally, fold in the 100 grams of chopped pecans to add a delightful crunch and flavor.
Step 5
Line a 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 inch) square baking pan with parchment paper and pour the brownie batter into it, evenly spreading it out.
